This product will add 4 length adjustments (1-12 vs 1-8 on the standard) along with 5 angle adjustments. This upgrade will work with the Hybrid Seated Row, Evolution Seated Row and Plate Loaded Seated Row.  This comes standard on the Plate Loaded Pulldown. 

Standard pad that comes with the machine can be used or an additional pad can be purchased- sold separately.
